The success of an organization`s telework program depends on regular and routine use by staff at all levels. Experience is the only way to enable managers, employees, IT support, and other stakeholders to work on technologies, devices, communications, workflows, and related issues that can hinder the transparency of remote work. Individuals who are expected or expected to telework in emergency situations, including managers and supervisors, should be encouraged to telework at a certain frequency in non-emergency situations. . . .
