Professional development (collective agreement number: article 22): 2-year cycle from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020. The Job Evaluation Committee is appointed by the YUSAPUY Board of Directors to participate in the job evaluation process, including job evaluation as part of the Joint Job Evaluation Committees to ensure that the job evaluation process is fair to YUSAPUY members. The resignation shall take effect on 30 June after the resignation or at the end of his term of office, whichever is earlier, unless an earlier date is acceptable to both parties. Trial period (reference to collective agreement: clause 15.3): OC must inform employees in writing at least two months before the end of their probation period if the trial period has been successfully completed. An employee who does not receive notification within the specified time limit is considered to have completed the probationary period. Distribution of tasks for teachers (Collective agreement reference: section 18.1.3): as far as possible, until 31 May. Annual reports (collective agreement reference: Article 21.1.1): For the remaining members, the annual reports for the previous calendar year must be submitted to the designated supervisory authority no later than May 15. A designated supervisor who wishes to use a faculty member`s annual report as part of a summative evaluation must meet with the staff member no later than June 15. The employee has the right to be represented by the unions at such a meeting.

Temporary employees are not required to submit an annual report. In March 2013, representatives from six York University unions met to discuss pensions for York University employees. The meeting mentioned the principles of YUPG (York University All Union Pension Group), which ensure pension affordability, provide demographic equity, marital benefits and pension plans. YUSAPUY has two bargaining committees for members of Unit 1 and Unit 2. Bargaining committees are elected by the members and are responsible for preparing and initiating negotiations with the employer to negotiate the working conditions of membership in accordance with YUSAPUY collective agreements. Extended study leave (reference to collective agreement: section 24): An employee must apply to the Extended Study Leave Committee no later than October 1 of the calendar year preceding the year in which the extended study leave is to begin. .
